Online uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data.
This requires that you use an internet browser that supports 128 bit
encryption. Fidelity may require you to upgrade your browser when future
technological advances become available

bar is green and the site will show as verified by Verisign.
This assures you that you've reached the correct site and not an
imposter. That feature may be available in other browsers as well.
You can view the certificate if you like to verify the site as belonging to
Online customers are required to log into the system by entering a Login ID and
Password/PIN. We also present you with your preselected Authentication
Image and Passphrase so that you can be sure you're on our site. The
system monitors invalid log in attempts and employs a three strike lock-out
feature in order to deter unauthorized users. We allow you to register a
computer you use regularly to access Fidelity Online. When logging in from
a public or unregistered computer you will be presented with one of the
security questions you've selected to further verify your identity and deter
Time Out Feature
If you do not perform any activity for a period of 15 minutes while logged into Fidelity Online the system will automatically time out and log you off.
Fidelity utilizes a combination of hardware and software tools to provide a filtering system through which only authorized Online Banking users may access the Bankís Online Banking system.

Access ID and Password Protection
Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your password has been compromised, change it online immediately and inform the Bank as soon as possible
Remember to exit the system after completing your session.
Donít walk away from your computer while logged into Fidelity Online Banking or the Web Bill Pay system. Apply vendor security patches regularly. Use up to date antivirus software.
Clear Your Cache
After closing a session with Fidelity Online, you should clear your temporary internet files cache so that the information stored on your hard drive cannot be accessed by someone using your computer.
Email communications do not provide the same level of security as the Fidelity Online system. You should refrain from emailing any confidential personal account information to the bank from other than the secure email function available within Fidelity Online,
